About me

Am I the right partner for you?

My name is Jop. Marketing coach and strategic sparring partner for ambitious B2B organisations that no longer want to treat marketing as an afterthought. I help your team make better decisions, based on strategy rather than gut feeling.

My approach is done-with-you. We build together. I safeguard the direction, ask the tough questions and help with execution where needed. You and your team grow in insight and autonomy. Dependency on external parties decreases. You take the lead yourselves.

With more than fifteen years of experience in digital marketing and twelve years as an independent entrepreneur, I've seen what works — and what doesn't. I've worked for international organisations and SMEs, collaborated with top agencies. I often find that the biggest gains come from coherence and connection — between different channels, but also between marketing, sales and management. That's where I like to make the difference.

I prefer working with organisations where trust is the default and where entrepreneurship, humour and ambition coexist. Organisations that learn from things that don't work.
